Shipping & Returns

Thank you for ordering at Mountain Man Survival.

Orders should ship within (1-5) working days. If you need expedited shipping or a "must have by date" please call or make a note of it on your order and we will fulfill your request and/or contact you to work out an alternative. If an order is delayed for any reason, we will contact the purchaser individually.

Please provide an accurate email address so we can send you a shipment notification and tracking information when your order leaves our warehouse.

We pack your item carefully in order to get it to you in good condition. However, damage can occasionally occur during shipment. If an item arrives damaged, please save the packaging and notify us and the freight service immediately, so that we can get you a replacement in a timely fashion.

If a product is damaged or unsatisfactory in function, please contact us within 30 days of receipt so that re can arrange for a return or replacement of the product. Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20 percent.
